Terms for BacklinkView backlink management, monitoring, free trials, subscriptions, billing, and acceptable use.

These Terms govern your use of BacklinkView, a backlink management and monitoring SaaS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you cannot accept them, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. Contact [email protected] about account or billing concerns.
BacklinkView helps you manage websites, save backlink and submission records, monitor links on public web pages, receive change alerts, and export monitoring records.
Monitoring is based on the HTML our server can retrieve. Source websites may block requests, change content, require JavaScript, or become unavailable. Checks and notifications can be delayed or unsuccessful. An unconfirmed check does not establish that a link was removed.
BacklinkView does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, link permanence, or changes to third-party domain metrics. You remain responsible for assessing and acting on results.
A 14-day, card-free Pro trial begins when you first enter the workspace. One trial is available per account. No automatic payment is taken when the trial ends.
Starter includes up to 3 websites and 300 monitored backlinks. Pro includes up to 10 websites and 1,500 monitored backlinks. Both plans currently provide one account user. A monitored backlink is a source-page and target-page relationship. Duplicate monitoring records do not increase the allowance used.
Existing records are not automatically deleted if an account exceeds a lower allowance. You may need to reduce usage or change plan before adding more. There are no automatic usage-overage charges.
Starter costs $9 monthly or $90 annually; Pro costs $19 monthly or $190 annually. Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax or other charge must be shown before you confirm checkout.
Paid subscriptions begin when checkout is completed and renew automatically for the selected interval until canceled. Annual plans are paid upfront. Choosing a paid subscription during a free trial starts paid billing at checkout rather than deferring it until the trial ends.
Stripe processes subscription payments. You authorize recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Keep your billing details and payment method current.
Use Settings → Billing to access the billing portal, invoices, payment-method settings, and available subscription changes. The portal displays any price adjustment or proration before you confirm a plan change.
Cancel renewal before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge. Access generally continues through the paid period unless immediate cancellation or another outcome is clearly shown and selected.
Failed or overdue payments may pause paid access until payment is resolved. When a trial or subscription expires, automatic monitoring pauses; existing records remain available to view and export.
Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests. Refunds are assessed individually, subject to applicable law; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
You retain rights to the content you submit and grant BacklinkView permission to process it as needed to provide the service. Submit only websites, URLs, and data you are authorized to use.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, credential collection, malware, spam, unauthorized access, or attempts to probe internal networks. Do not submit private URLs containing passwords or access tokens. Do not bypass plan limits, security controls, or source-site restrictions.
We may restrict abusive use or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties.
BacklinkView no longer accepts new purchases of backlinks, guest posts, directory submissions, or link insertions. Historical orders remain accessible, and their original agreed delivery, refund, and other obligations are not canceled by this change in product positioning. Contact support for an outstanding order.
We aim to provide a useful, reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free data. Third-party websites, metric providers, hosting services, and payment processors operate independently and may change.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and BacklinkView is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service use or reliance on monitoring results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancel an active subscription and allow it to end before deleting your account, or contact support for assistance. Account deletion and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update the service, prices, or these Terms. Changes to ongoing subscriptions require appropriate notice and apply as described in that notice and applicable law. We publish the latest effective date here.
